Pick of the week!

Once again we can thank the gods of Pinerest for this treat. Some of our resolutions are related to food so we searched the interwebs for yummy and healthier alternatives.

Many goals made at the new year include vows to eat healthier. We like this recipe of energy bites for a healthier alternative for when cravings strike. 

 

Here's the recipe for healthier, no-bake energy bites

1/2 cup chocolate chips (coco powder and stevia can be used for a low-cal substitution)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup oatmeal, dry

1/2 cup peanut butter (you can used pb2 as a low cal substitution)

1/4 cup honey

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup ground flax seed

Mix together all ingredients and enjoy
